I love the letting go part so much. I feel so trained to track what happens after I post or comment or recommend something. There is a lot of trust in removing attachment to where the ripples go. Like a service to others rather than the self, even if nothing happens at all. No further data necessary, thank you. The anxiety bubble deflates a little bit more.

It is so hard, isn't it ... we're hard wired to metrics, and feedback, the endorphin rush of likes and the reassurance of knowing our stuff has 'hit the mark'. But learning to lighten the load on ourselves must find a payback in the ways we enter our creative practices.

I hope also by encouraging people to share the things they like by the people they admire, loads will be shared and some of the heavy lifting is taken off the shoulders of those who are weighed down by it, if that makes sense.
