Ok, so I’ve no idea how to send you an email (hence the unsubscribe resubscribe that just happened 🙈) but count me in Barrie. If I need to do anything more let me know 🙏🏽

Thank you so much. When I first captured the values in the Manifesto, I imagined that might be 'it'. Then we asked a few folk to write about the values and that became a thing. The Sessions seemed like a logical way of living the principle of 'Be the Pebble in the Pond'. All of the folk I have spoken to in the past three years came from the community we built up in our coffee shop/deli days. With the debate about folk 'selling hard' into Substack, I have been cautious about pushing the idea here. In the end, I thought, I'm not selling, it's not about 'how to do Substack' and lots of other folk have found the boost to be helpful. It pays not to overthink, I guess! B

I think you are the best pebbles in the pond. The world needs more of these ripples, after all. And you are wise about not overthinking it, something I myself keep trying to follow. It can be tricky, finding a balance here. I certainly would love to have more paid subscribers, but I also try and market as subtly as possible, letting my work speak for itself.

I believe your ideas would truly benefit many readers and writers here. The manifesto is something which just makes a delicious sense.

Keep being you.

I think you’re an Encourager cut from our cloth. I’m calling this kind, generous and a celebration of others. Right to the heart of the matter. We really appreciate your words, thank you Alexander. We should let you know when we’re over in the Alpes and say hi.

What a wonderful offer - free encouragement is something I suspect most of the world could do with and I know I’d certainly love some!

Even encouragers need encouragement ... reading this is a lovely boost for this encourager. Buzz a note through if you want to book in ... we're back in the UK for a couple of weeks but I'll be getting in touch with folk from the beginning of December to sort out dates in January. Thanks for the kind words, Vanessa

Travelling sounds fabulous. It won't be til January ... with timings, one of us would need to be a lark and one an owl, I suspect, but it must be possible. Happy Travels!

So true ... and the offering is only good if there are folk open to receiving ... fortunately, over the past 2 or 3 years over 150 folk have been open to it. Hoping to encourage more!
