So glad it found you today, Andrea. It's tough to see past the darker bits often (always) but we all do our bit to offer a contrast in light and shade. x

Beautifully said Barrie, it is a world gone mad and there is little we can do to put it right, your expertise in maintaining hope and holding onto light your own little corner then spreading it around as thickly as possible to those in need is appreciated by me and I know, many others too. Thank you - enjoy your evening.

We're always happy if a sprinkling of light falls on a place in need of it. Thank you for the kind words, Susie

Yes to all of this...

"In a world gone mad ...

... what do we do?

We do what we can. We control what we can control. In our little corner of the world, we seek out the light ... and the light touch."

You're so right that we need to do what we do, no matter what else is going on around us. I love that you bring light to your space and I hope you'll continue to do it unapologetically.

I'm moving into darker writing these days but that's my choice. I'll come into the light with my own writing now and then because it's not good to stay in the dark, but I'm happy to know you'll be there when I need your kind of R&R. ❤️

Thank you, Ramona ... so happy to know that we'll play a small part in lighting up a corner when the darkness gets overwhelming. We so admire your commitment to playing your part actively in the upcoming election. It's a good time to be hiding in a rural corner of France.
