This is me all the way. It was Pearry Teo (script, director of The Gene Generation and more) who instilled it in me. He said, you gotta share. And I started right that day, and haven't looked back. It's been probably 15 years since he posted it.
It's such a brilliant approach ... creating ripples that find their way back to you or pay it forward to someone who needs the encouragement ... you sound like our kind of encourager!

Thanks. I appreciate the encouragement and kind words. I don't think I necessarily do anything special (and there are others who are far less clumsy about it), it's just what I want to do. I am sure if you must be doing the same thing. Like minded folks do group, so I'm excited to meet you and share your work too. That's mostly what the substack is at the moment -- sharing other people's projects. "You down with OPP?"
So sorry I missed this comment ... just catching up, Kimberley. It feels so important to strike a balance (while not forgetting to shout up for ourselves occasionally!)
